During planned shut-down of the 4th unit of NPP Dukovany, CZ we have successfully performed first upgrade of the MSIV safety system within in-site conditions.
By this upgrade improvement of safety parameters and system life-time prolongation till planned end of life-time of the NPP at very good economy of the project was secured.
Prior upgrade there was challenging phase of research & development completely managed by our internal R&D team and our production facility focused on development of complete new safety related actuation, redesign of critical pressure parts and system qualification.
