In the 14th international conference called “All for Power Conference & Exhibition 2019”, we participated with the contribution “Assessment and extension of the life cycle
of mechanical and technological equipment in classical and nuclear power engineering”.
Despite the imposing title, the contribution focused on illustration of the company’s approach to assessment of the condition and extension of the life cycle of equipment
using a particular example. The presentation devoted in detail to the assessment of cracks in hard weld deposits of wedges of big slide valves. A typical methodology of assessment
was presented which is based on combination of an experimental programme and calculation analyses.
We are glad that we could have supported and been a part of this conference.
